The following terms apply specifically to mobile applications published by the Company on app distribution platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Mobile Apps").
Our Mobile Apps are designed to provide utility-based functionality. Certain applications may access user content (such as photos) solely for the purpose of delivering the core features of the app, including detecting and removing duplicate or unnecessary files.
Our Mobile Apps may request permissions on your device, including access to photos or media, and notifications (if enabled by the user). Permissions are requested only when necessary for core functionality and can be managed or revoked at any time through your device settings.
Certain features within our Mobile Apps may require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed through the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscription data may be processed through RevenueCat.
We may use Firebase, Adjust and RevenueCat to analyze usage, attribution, and subscription activity.
Our Mobile Apps do not require account creation.
We collect only what is necessary and do not sell personal data. NYJL Ltd is the data controller. We process data based on contract, legitimate interest and consent.
